On Meats: Use as Wines.!

  • Red Meats (Beef, Lamb, Pork, Deer and Goat) with Cabernet Sauvignon and Rosé Wine Jelly.

  • White meats (Chicken, Turkey, Duck, Goose, Fish and Rabbit) with Chardonnay and Rosé Wine Jelly.

You can use it to glaze the meats, before, during or after de cooking.

On Salads as Dressing.

You can use whichever you like to put some good wine taste on green salads.  Feel free to put in all different types of green salads with Nuts, Fresh cheese and Fruits.

On cheeses:

You can use any of our three strains on all different types of cheeses (Bloomy Rinds- Brie Family, Wash rinds – Ode to the odorous, Cheddar-ish goodness, Sheep, Goat, Up on the Mountain and Firm cheeses.

On Desserts:

Our Wine jellies perfectly pair with Cheesecake, Ice Cream, Vanilla and Marmolada Cakes.

You can use any of our three strains in a creative way without rules.

On Bread:

Our wine strains will impress you when you try them on bread.

You can use them for breakfast in Ciabatta, Focaccia, Bagels, Waffles, white bread and also Pancakes.
