I am always looking for the popular/common cuisine, the foods which the regular people eat. You know a country and a culture when you know what they eat.

As a foodie person, I love to cook and be creative. My passion is to learn about different popular cuisines related to countries’ cultures.

I was making wine jellies for my own use/cuisine and sharing with friends; We had a tradition to meet every weekend to share creative recipes. So, one day I was thinking about a wine jelly which can be used for cooking with a balanced taste between the wine flavour, sweet and acidity. A taste you can get before, during and after cook.

Vino Jelly Gourmet did start in 2019.
